Whether you have already booked or are still choosing your accommodation, this guide allows you to discover the spirit of the place: a simple, discreet and attentive welcome, independent accommodation, a peaceful atmosphere and advice for experiencing the region at the right pace.

Your arrival at Mas de Cocody

Arrivals are usually between 4pm and 8pm.

Upon arrival, you will be able to park your vehicle in the communal parking lot provided for travelers, directly on the property.

The reception is done in person, in order to welcome you, show you around and simply answer your initial questions.

To help you find your way, the reception area is indicated by signs on the property. A "Reception" sign, located above the entrance door, allows you to quickly identify the correct place.

If you expect to arrive after our usual arrival times, please let us know in advance so we can best prepare for your arrival. A €30 fee applies for late arrivals.

In the evening, the park is illuminated from 9:30 pm to 1 am. This allows you to enjoy the park more peacefully after dark, whether you're returning to your accommodation or coming back from an outing in the area.

Departure is scheduled for 10am to allow us to prepare the accommodation in the best conditions for the following travelers.

What awaits you there

At Mas de Cocody, we have chosen to maintain a personal, discreet yet attentive welcome. The goal is simple: to allow you to begin your stay peacefully, without overwhelming you with unnecessary information upon arrival.

Depending on your accommodation, the length of your stay and the conditions of your booking, a welcome service may be provided upon your arrival.

Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided for your stay. To help reduce waste, please let us know if you haven't used any items.

The Wi-Fi code is available directly in your accommodation.

Breakfasts

Start the day gently, according to your desires.

Three breakfast options are available to accompany your mornings at Mas de Cocody: classic, gourmet or savory.

Breakfasts must be ordered the day before by noon at reception.

During your stay

The accommodations at Mas de Cocody are designed as places of calm and respite.

To preserve this atmosphere, the accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The tranquility of the place is part of the experience. We therefore ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the Mas, the outdoor spaces, and the rest of other guests.

The idea here is not to multiply the constraints, but to allow everyone to fully enjoy their stay in a preserved environment.

Laundry, cleaning and simple tasks

Your accommodation is prepared before your arrival with the necessary linen for your stay: sheets, bath towels and tea towels.

We simply ask that you take care of the accommodation as if it were a place you would like to find pleasant upon arrival.

Before your departure, please check that your personal belongings have been collected, that waste is disposed of according to the sorting instructions, and that the accommodation is left in a respectful condition.

Rubbish bins and recycling

Mas de Cocody respects selective sorting.

Bags are provided in the accommodations to facilitate the transport of waste to the containers located at the entrance to the village.

The sorting process is simple:

• brown: food waste;

• yellow: plastics, cardboard and packaging;

• green: glass bottles and containers.

Waste intended for yellow and green containers should be deposited without shopping bags.

This simple gesture helps to preserve the natural environment which also contributes to the charm of Plan-de-la-Tour.

Tourist tax

Depending on the website through which you booked, you may be charged a tourist tax.

It is defined by the municipality of Plan-de-la-Tour and depends on the rules applicable at the time of your stay.
